A New Mama’s Guide to Baby's First Month

Building confidence through knowledge

Being a new mama is hard! I know because I am a new mama too!

There is sooo much information available in sooooo many different places. It’s easy to fall down the rabbit hole when you are just trying to find out what is best for you and your baby.

I have taken my experience as a pediatric nurse to find information from the most reliable sources and put it all together in one place.

This course is NOT designed to replace advice from your child’s doctor. Instead, it is designed as a guide to go hand in hand with the care you will receive.

Your Instructor

Hi! I am Natalie! I have my Master’s Degree in Nursing and have been a Certified Pediatric Nurse since 2008. I have cared for thousands of babies, children, and their families. In that time, I have been helping families to feel confident in understanding simple and complex topics about their babies and children.

Baby's First Month

This course goes along with the second well-baby visit, usually when baby is 1 month old. We will talk about:

  • What to expect during the visit
  • Risks and benefits of recommended immunizations
  • Milestones
  • Safety
  • Play ideas

You will also find a section with extra resources and downloads like a worksheet for questions that you may want to ask during your baby’s visit.
